Before your appointment

• please if you are unwell do not visit the salon, your appointment can be rescheduled as soon as you are well again

• be aware that visiting a salon space does come with its own set of hazards

• chemicals are used to alter the colour or structure of your hair, care is taken to avoid irritation, please let your stylist know if you experience any discomfort during your service

• heated styling tools are used to achieve your ultimate look, please don’t touch them or let tittle tiny hands within their reach, they will cause a serious burn

• please step carefully when in the salon, there may be hair floating about from your recent hair makeover and may create a slip hazard. Electrical appliances plugged in may pose as a trip hazard.

• you can request a silent appointment if you are wanting to chill with your own thoughts

• feel free to bring in your laptop and connect to our wi-fi during your working from home hours
